My glasses are broken. What should I do?
If you are not near our clinic, send us a photo of the damage at info@leslafleur.ca. Antoine will make sure all the necessary parts are available before you come in.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. We can bill certain private insurance providers directly. Otherwise, we will provide you with an invoice so you can submit your claim. Eye exams are covered by the RAMQ health card for patients aged 0 to 17 and for those 65 and older.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are required for eye examinations with Dr. Guillaume. You can book your appointment using our online booking system. For everything else, no appointment is necessary! Feel free to stop by anytime during our business hours. Our busiest times are usually around lunchtime and at the end of the day.

Do you have parking available?
Parking downtown may seem challenging the first time you visit. We recommend the free customer parking lot located at the corner of Eddy Street and Hotel-de-Ville Street. Parking is free for one hour and is usually available, except around lunchtime. New parking meters have been installed throughout downtown. You can pay with coins or by credit card. Parking is free after 5:00 p.m.
